We'll let you know as you approach your limit. You can either upgrade to a higher plan or free up space by deleting old content. Pro plan users: delivered galleries transfer storage to your client, so your space resets with each delivery.

Here's how it works: You upload a gallery (say, 30GB), deliver it to your client, and that 30GB counts against your monthly delivery limit. Once delivered, the storage transfers to your client's account — your storage resets for your next project. This means you can deliver about 30+ full wedding galleries per month without storage piling up on your account.

Many photographers simply ask clients to share their favorites via email or text after downloading.

Do you have print sales or e-commerce?

No, and here's why: after extensive research and testing, we found that post-delivery print shops rarely generate significant revenue for photographers. The best time to generate sales is by offering direct add-ons to your photography packages — that's your primary point of sale with significantly higher conversion odds. We support virtually all video formats including ProRes, H.264, H.265/HEVC, DNxHD, RAW formats (RED, BRAW, ProRes RAW), MOV, MP4, MKV, AVI, and more. For playback in galleries, we transcode to H.264 for web viewing while preserving your original files for download. Clients always get the exact files you uploaded.

Review workflows with timestamped comments are on our roadmap! We're building collaboration features specifically for video review. In the meantime, many videographers use PixelShare for final delivery and continue using Frame.io or similar for active review cycles — then switch to PixelShare when it's time to deliver the final product.
